Taryn first dipped her toes into the world of paddlesports while on vacation in Ambergris Caye, Belize not long ago and instantly became smitten with the sport. Since then, she has immersed herself into being an outgoing advocate in attempts to engage her friends and family into joining her on paddling adventures. You can often spot her on the river in the Hudson Highlands anywhere between Croton and Beacon.
Taryn is a lifelong resident of the Hudson Valley with deep family roots in the area spanning centuries and currently resides in Peekskill. She loves to share her knowledge of the Hudson Valley through stories and geological facts and is still awe-inspired everyday by its natural beauty. When not in the water, you may see her riding around town on her motorcycle or taking a leisurely stroll along the riverfront.
